The most meaningful of my experiences with HHFH was the incredible connection between the animals and humans, and how non-judgmental, sensitive, and loving the animals really are. When non-judgment is there, everything feels free and flows easily. I felt that I could be open, not have expectations, and allow experience to happen. Felisa’s coaching style blended so smoothly between the horses and me that everything flowed as one. There was a back-and-forth flow between horses, me, and Felisa. My experience at HHFH helped me see I needed boundaries in my life and… I had a deep emotional spiritual healing, where the horses acted out and reflected back to me something I needed to see differently. I was then able to shift my perception, and it released the power grip it had had on me. My recommendation for an HHFH session is to be open and allow the experience to flow.
