This was meant to happen today. I am in a transition period, and it is no coincidence that I met with Felisa, Apollo, and Bay Boy.

The most meaningful part of my experience with horses was gaining clarity on my life’s direction –both the aspects I need to remove from it and the positive directions I need to identify.

The horses added levity and lightness to an otherwise “serious” program. It was surprising to feel the horse’s influence and guidance, even though I was open to it.

Felisa’s influence was gentle and reaffirming. I needed the encouragement to see other influences that were not a part of the model at first.

I enjoyed interacting with the model as a whole and the individual pieces. The way the horses interacted with me and the model was surprising. Felisa helped me interpret the horse’s actions.

Be open. Let go of ego and judgment and be present. You might be shocked by what you learn about yourself.
